  • Staff are trained to treat all property details, layouts, guest items, and Host information as strictly confidential.

Start Clean Service does not disclose property access information to guests, neighbors, building staff, or third parties.

V. Photo Documentation

As part of our cleaning operations, we may capture:

  • Before-and-after cleaning photos

  • Photos documenting observed damage or policy violations (e.g., smoking)

Photos are used exclusively for:

  • Service verification

  • Quality assurance

  • Protecting Hosts in the event of guest disputes

Images are stored securely and retained for up to sixty (60) days, unless required for an active dispute or legal obligation, after which they are permanently deleted.

We share information only when necessary to operate our services:

  • Squarespace & Payment Processors: To process bookings and payments securely

  • Scheduling or Automation Tools: Limited information required to manage appointments

We do not sell, trade, or disclose personal or property information to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
